Gorrell Park – Massillon, Ohio Build Ohio is moving forward with plans to redevelop the former Gorrell Elementary School property into Gorrell Park, a new 24-home single-family residential neighborhood. The proposed development will include new streets, sidewalks, utilities, stormwater improvements, and a variety of new home designs. We are grateful for the significant community interest already expressed in Gorrell Park.
