Built in-house under the Build Ohio Standard, each home reflects our commitment to strong materials, disciplined construction management, and thoughtful design that supports long-term affordability and sustainability.
Our partnership with YNDC combines local neighborhood leadership with Build Ohio’s scalable construction capacity. Together, we are transforming vacant lots into homes that expand homeownership opportunities, stabilize property values, and restore confidence in Youngstown’s neighborhoods.
